NO REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES ONLY may be accepted within 30 days of purchase on NON-USED, UN-OPENED product returned following the guidelines in this document.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at cs@screenprotech.com. If accepted, you are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label, and sending us the tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging, including the protective shipping cover for the Screen ProTech tube. Accepted returns that are shipped with label attached directly to the Screen ProTech tube, not in a protective sleeve, are automatically subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
The backing of the protective film is easily pinched or creased during cutting, weeding, wiping for inspection, packaging, and shipping. Luckily, the film is incredibly durable and isn't affected. The creases will be visible until removed from the backing and installed onto it's respective automotive surface. Unless the film is torn, or removed from the backing upon arrival, proceed with install instructions.
Wrong kit or still need help?
Send us pictures of the kit you received along with your order number to email cs@screenprotech.com
Shipping Issues
Items lost in the shipping process cannot be controlled, but unfortunately do happen. No worries though! We will send out a new package to replace anything missing in the mail. Please contact cs@screenprotech.com if your tracking information is showing 10+ days after the expected delivery date.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged. Custom or personalized designs will need to be exchanged for like items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For any possible returns, there will be a 25% restocking fee since this is a custom made product.
