Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.screenprotech.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped from Sandy, Utah 84070 within 2-3 business days. Per USPS, UPS, DHL, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Orders are not able to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping Confirmation with tracking number will be sent to the email supplied at time of checkout. The transit company selected at checkout will be the best contact with updates regarding your order 24 hours after you have received your Shipped Confirmation Email.  The transit company will be able to supply you with the same information they can give us.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to promotional discount or new product launch, shipments related to that promotion may be delayed by 2-3 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. 

Delivery delays can occur from shpping providers UPS, USPS, DHL. We do our best to ship your order within 3 business days and you will have tracking information from shipping date.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.screenprotech.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48  hours.

Damages 

www.screenprotech.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost in Transit

Items lost in the shipping process cannot be controlled, and unfortunately do happen. No worries though! We will send out a new package to replace anything missing in the mail. Please contact cs@screenprotech.com if your tracking information is showing 10+ days after the expected delivery date.

International Shipping Policy


International Shipping is available. Terms and Conditions listed above apply. Shipping Charges are calculated on an individual basis and must be paid prior to the shipment of product.  Duties and Taxes are charged by most countries with most shipping options.  We will email to verify each International Address to ensure a correct delivery on the first attempt.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.screenprotech.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
